STUDIO ONE

Studio One is the largest and most versatile space within The Derby portfolio, created to host conferences, presentations and exceptional corporate events in a refined setting. Split into two flexible wings, Studio East and Studio West, the space can be hired in full or each wing can be reserved independently, offering flexibility depending on the scale and nature of your event.

When hired as a full venue, the two wings can remain open, allowing delegates to move freely between spaces and creating a dynamic environment for large conferences, breakout sessions or multi-format events taking place on the same floor. Alternatively, the wings can be closed off to provide complete privacy, allowing separate activities to run simultaneously within the same event.

If Studio East and Studio West are booked by different companies, Studio One has been thoughtfully designed to ensure privacy and comfort throughout. The spaces are separated by generous breakout areas where refreshments, snacks and coffee facilities are prepared, helping to avoid crossover while maintaining a relaxed and professional atmosphere.

While Studio East and Studio West share a similar design and functionality, they are not identical. Layouts and capacities vary slightly between the two spaces, allowing each wing to adapt naturally to different event formats and requirements.

Each wing is also equipped with acoustic curtains, enabling the space to be further segmented when needed. This adds another layer of flexibility for product launches, demonstrations, filming, testing areas or breakout discussions within the same room.

The space comes fully furnished and can be customised to reflect your branding and event identity, allowing you to create an environment that feels purposeful and considered, never generic.
